WHY PULSE360In demanding roles, the pressure is constant and the stakes are real. Decisions matter. Relationships matter. And what you carry doesn't stay neatly within work hours.Pulse360 works across three areas: reflective supervision for individuals and teams, practical training for people under performance and reporting pressure, and practice reviews that prepare organisations for audit and funder accountability.Whether you need space to think, skills to sharpen, or systems that can withstand scrutiny - this work is grounded in real-world experience, not theory alone.

TESTIMONIAL
"Mark is someone I connected with easily and could openly share the challenges I was facing - both personally and professionally. When dealing with complex, high-risk caseloads he helped me break situations down, see the issue clearly, and work through the best possible approach. I highly recommend Mark to anyone considering supervision."
- Youth Justice Practitioner, South Auckland

WHO I WORK WITHIndividuals, teams, and organisations in social services, youth justice, mental health, addiction, and community roles - from practitioners in their first years through to experienced leaders and organisations preparing for audit or funder review.Work is shaped to your role, your context, and the pressures you're actually facing.

EXPERIENCE & APPROACHI bring 20+ years of hands-on experience across frontline, leadership, and high-stakes roles - the majority in South Auckland. This includes youth justice, care and protection, addiction services, community development, and outcomes-focused programmes. My work has taken place across homes, custody units, residential rehabs, courts, prisons, and other high-pressure environments - supporting people impacted by trauma, violence, long-term addiction, incarceration, and intergenerational harm, alongside the practitioners who carry this work.I have led multidisciplinary teams managing large, high-risk caseloads, provided oversight across complex practice, and supported staff through audits, restructures, and sustained organisational pressure. As a Clinical Lead and Operations Manager within New Zealand's first successful Social Bond programme, I worked at the intersection of relational practice, accountability, and outcomes measurement - holding both the human and the systemic dimensions of this work. That experience is the foundation of Pulse360. Supervision that is grounded. Training that is practical. Reviews that reflect how this work actually operates.I understand the weight of this mahi. My role is to support you to navigate complexity, maintain clarity and judgement, and sustain your wellbeing over time.

"The pressure is constant and the stakes are real. Decisions matter. Relationships matter. And what you carry doesn't stay neatly within work hours."
